1. Discovery Call:
We kick things off with a friendly chat where we discuss your goals and where you’re currently at in your investing journey. We also give you the lowdown of how we roll both before, during, and after the property purchase.

2. Loan Assessment:
It's crucial to know your loan options - that’s where speaking to lenders or a mortgage broker comes into play.

3. Engagement Fee:
If you’re ready to dive in, there’s an initial engagement fee of $2000 which officially launches your property investing journey.

3. Crafting Your Property Brief:
We’ll create a property brief that aligns with your investment goals, helping us zero in on your ideal investment property.

4. Property Search:
It’s game time! Our squad will now begin the search. This process can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks. When we find a deal we know you’ll love, we’ll hit you up.

5. Property Showcase:
The grand reveal - we’ll send through photos, a cashflow sheet, flood mapping details, street maps showcasing nearby amenities and transport and a video walkthrough. We’ll chat through all the options, and if the presented property isn't the right fit, we'll offer other options.

6. Contract Crunch Time:
If you’re keen on a property, we’ll review it with a solicitor and seal the deal.

7. Property Team Referrals:
We've got your back with referrals for an all star team, including a solicitor, pest, and building inspector, and property managers.

8. Pest & Building Inspection:
We’ll go over the pest and building inspection report with you, and if necessary, we negotiate on defects.

9. Settlement Preparation:
We take care of organising all the necessary paperwork leading up to the settlement.

10. Post-Settlement Perks:
Our support doesn’t stop at settlement.. If your property needs a fresh coat of paint, or you need help finding the ultimate local property manager, we’ll be right there with you until the day your tenant moves in.

Absolutely! You can kick off your property journey as soon as you have a clear picture of your borrowing capacity, however we won’t begin actively searching until you have a pre-approval in place.

You’ll be assigned your own Property Stacker who will engage you throughout the entire process. They'll be your go-to guide, assisting you every step of the way.

Our fee for a full investment search service is $10,500. To kickstart the property purchase process, there's an initial engagement fee of $2,500. The rest of the payment is due when a property purchase contract reaches the Unconditional Stage.
